I spoke to Mario & Raphael on the phone before booking my move with them. They were energetic and courteous and they made it clear that they wanted my business and would do the job right! Their rates were reasonable and there were no hidden charges.
The guys were a bit late arriving at my place the morning of the move, but Raphael called to let me know. When they arrived, they were stoked and ready to go. They got right to work and in no time, we were ready to roll to the storage unit. I’ll be moving my belongings to Tampa in a couple of months and I will definitely be calling UMS again. All the guys were courteous and helpful and I highly recommend them.
